Don't work here. - Kids Activities Team Member Life Time Employee Review

I am specifically writing this review because today I found out I'm only scheduled for ONE SHIFT per week this month. That is absolutely unacceptable. I communicated that I wanted more hours and that I NEEDED the hours. So what did they do? Last month my hours were cut with no warning, and now this. ALSO, they will send you home early sometimes so you aren't even guaranteed a full shift! It's seriously a joke. I have no idea why but they have hired, in my opinion, way too many new people for some reason. Like...I WANT TO WORK PLEASE. Now I have no idea how I'm going to eat or pay bills but I guess employees don't matter to Life Time. In the beginning I really enjoyed my job because it was good for my mental health and I love kids. Now it's a literal nightmare. I'm a hardworker and try my best every shift. I had to hold back tears during my shift today. Thanks Life Time.
