Pros

You never have an excuse to miss a workout since you work at the gym. You also get employee discounts on heart rate monitors, personal training, massage, and cafe purchases in addition to a free membership.

Cons

If you are considering working here you may as well move in because they will own your life. There is absolutely no work life balance. Everyday is about sales sales sales. They rarely promote good service but will always give props to those that sell products that members do not need. A majority of the trainers are incredibly incompetent and the management is usually young and immature without a clue of what real leadership is. The corporate office dictates everything and does not allow management to make adjustments based on its facility needs leaving employees frustrated. Management will make incredible promises regarding income that I have not seen anybody hit, and I have been there a very long time. There are often payroll errors made so you better check your paycheck often.

Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

Cons

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
