Political Lies - Business Administrator Life Time Employee Review

I don't even know where to start. For starters upper management is terrible. Everything about this company is political, no work/life balance, if management sees you as a threat for doing the right thing to helps members they will throw you under the bus, and the pay is awful. I was in management and for the amount of work I did the pay didn't match. I asked about a raise and showed the numbers of what I have done and I was basically laughed at and said that the company could not afford it.
