      Pros

      Large Gym, you get a free membership by simply working there and very attractive clientele. Good people that work there and you make friends quickly

      Cons

      Not very organized and you would think it would be considering the size of the gym. A lot of passing around phone calls and confusion of class schedules for gym members

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
