Pros
The members are often appreciative of the work that goes into serving them and the environment provides resources for health and fitness.
Cons
Hands down the most unethical company I have ever known. This company preys on young. uninformed and inexperienced passionate workers that don't know their own value to compete for the "top spots". When you are skilled, experienced or professional, you will get pushed down because of insecurities at the corporate level. The exception to this is if you are a YES MAN or have political affiliations, but beware, even those relationships won't last. Everyone is in fear for their own jobs and thus do not support other people in professional growth.
