Pros
The people that work in the clubs are awesome and a high majority of the members make your time really special.
Cons
The pay is not worth the work you put in if you are in a management position. If you manage hourly team members, they are paid so low that is becomes are to find quality candidates that are asked to do what the company wants them to do. Changes comes constantly from people in the corporate office that have no clue what people deal with at the club level. Promotions are based on who likes you and are no relation to results or tenure. From a corporate run operation they keep the field support staff at a bare minimum and those that are supposed to help are to busy running their own clubs to really help train and develop others. The PTO policy is the worst out of any company I have been too.
