Pros

All positives are things that many other companies can replicate. Nice club, social and the product is something everyone needs.

Cons

It’s an abusive relationship. Corporate will say they are a “culture of care” and make you have meetings and do hours of modules on being inclusive but every action they take is the complete opposite. It’s the most political environment you’ll encounter and you’re only hope at advancement is being within the “inner circle”. Cutting jobs and pay after so many loyal employees helped Life Time get through Covid was the icing on the cake of who they are. A lot of corruption that is swept under the rug. Long hours, lack of transparency and honesty and expecting you to be a robot are some of the other things you can expect.

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
