Pros

free gym membership, good coworkers are very relaxed. on occasion boss will bring food to inservices. very relaxed, customers are mainly young families so they're fairly friendly.

Cons

very low pay considering how its skilled labor (you need 250 dollars every two years for a certification, necessary to work as a lifeguard) and you will start out earning less money than a cashier at target. very disappointing. boss expects you to sub for others as the only way to get raises. 0 sick days permitted for part time workers and pressured to go even if you may get others sick. almost no opportunities for days off for vacations even for pre arranged vacations. during in services if you mess up, there's very little constructive criticism and most people act very irritated. most of the skills you use, you teach yourself.

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
