      Out of the majority of commerical gyms, Life Time offers the most comprehensive coverage of beneftis and competitive commission. 45-50% Commission of Sales & Service (sessioned worked) Shifts split from the AM to PM Managers to help you Constant base pay to keep you afloat when you first start

      Cons

      The gold standard is 20 hours per week of worked sessions. In reality it is hard to maintain with client attrition. In order to have a comfortable salary you need to push other types of "passive sales" such as supplements, selling sessions and having other trainers service/train them.

      Commission, non members can get services but it is not advertised

      Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
