Pros

Overall the team was made up of well meaning people who were willing to work incredibly hard to make ends meet. I had an excellent manager who was willing to teach me and mentor me and I will carry some of the lessons i received for the rest of my life.

Cons

I experienced many different kinds of headaches at lifetime that cumulatively influenced my decision to resign my position. There is a massive disconnect between the centralized corporate headquarters and the culture in the clubs and it creates an atmosphere that is neither healthy nor fulfilling in the long term. I wish I could come back as the CEO and change everything to give the right kind of training, benefits, and compensation that a great deal many hardworking people deserve and aren't getting because the company cares about its numbers and its people don't matter.
