Who can complain wearing workout clothes and making more than $100k annually with full benefits?
Cons
When I was employed, the company grew too fast and southeastern lacked quality leaderships. Consistent turnovers and toxic leadership style caused major damages to the company. Rushing to grow fast and lost track of nurturing future leaders within the department was the main reason they didn't have anyone to fill in the roles, then hiring outside of the company created bunch of trendy leadership book lingos that affected the team members in negative ways.
