great community, if youre a good person and intelligent, you wont get walked all over and communication goes miles in terms of people respecting your worth and i wouldnt doubt the opportunity to gain more than what youre given if you get a good word in
Cons
base pay is impossible in this current world we live in, you will definitely need a second job if you arent paid your worth, I worked with them for 3 years and never got a raise, you would probably have to speak with the general manager to get that opportunity, because youre not going to get it talking with the spa boss.
