Pros
Great membership and some departments have ok flexibility. Really the free membership is the only good thing, besides the awesome community of people that work out together.
Cons
Leadership, breaks time card laws, and then asks people to follow a guideline, but then doesn't coach and hold everyone to the same standards. In most states they are break labor laws, however Wisconsin doesn't care about laws. The younger manager's in some department discriminate against people that they are not in agreement with. Retaliation is a huge thing at this location. People are not held to the same standards and in the concierge positions directly, it is ran like a high school club. The cool people get away with things and not cool or anyone that speaks up for their rights get punished. The schedule is not flexible and does not allow for work life balance such as they promote. It is in-fact a very unhealthy space to work in and I have never been so relieved to not work there. The group fitness manager is simply not experienced enough to lead a team. She is a fantastic instructor but cares more about her 3 day weekends than her team. The GM supports all of this behavior. Which is disappointing as he is a very great man. all in all, this place has changed over three years and all for the worse. They keep charging people more and giving them less. The do not care about the members, they simply want your money. The biggest con, this place couldn't provide hospitality if it was taught to them.
