- Schedule hours sometimes are not enough to justify you coming in for example sometimes shifts would be only a few hours. Also expected swim instructors to clock out if their lesson did not come and clock back in for the next lesson, which I did not understand as we are not under contract but are scheduled to work those hours. It would have been a different story if we were just sent home.
- Guests can be difficult sometimes, some are fine but others think they can do whatever they want because they are "paying a lot of money".
- Management does not appreciate their staff enough. It feels like going above and beyond is just expected at this company, so when you do go above and beyond you don't get any recognition. A simple "good job" would have gone a long way...
- Guest satisfactory seems to be a priority over staff. Yes, guest satisfaction is important, but staff should be just as equally important because if your staff aren't happy then it's going to impact your guest experience.
- There seemed to be a high turn-over rate. We were getting new employees almost every other week. It also seemed to be hard to retain employees for a long period of time.
