Pros
The gym membership is the only redeeming quality about working in the facility operations department at Life Time.
Cons
There is no extra pay for any holidays, even though the club will continue operations with normal or slightly adjusted hours. Part timers do not get any PTO. They provide 2 shirts as the uniform even if you work 5 days a week, if you want more shirts you have to pay for them and ship them to your home (which you also have to pay for). HR is an absolute joke not only being extremely hard to reach, with no actual person assigned to the club, but also allowing predatory management to inappropriately text their younger subordinates without punishment. The pay is barely above minimum wage, not at all close to enough being worth for the amount of cleaning and work that is needed in the 100,000+sq ft building with a bare-bones crew working. Hardly any opportunity to grow within the department, especially if you are a female (there is not a single woman leading a facilities operations department in the entire company (that's over 160 locations) ). Hardly any type of team member appreciation, and no pay raises.
