Pros

Lifetime is the best company to work for in the Fitness industry, love their mission and their why.

Cons

You work in a commission basis, meaning there is no base salary only new hires for 2-3 months. You have to hustle to get your business going. Management has no idea how to motivate staff, and unite team. GM manages by fear, is very authoritative, has no idea how to manage a big scale company and lack customer service skills. The worst I’ve seen in my life

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
