Pros

Free gym membership, competitive pay. Enjoyed the time I spent with coworkers and most things were pretty organized.

Cons

Management was rather inattentive to issues and pretty immature. A lot of their shortcomings ended up being passed on to us and less experienced workers were blamed for it. Clear favoritism was at play as well and there were limited ways for people in the "out-group" to grow with the company.

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
