Management is horrific. Only cares about themselves. Life time is constantly changing the expectations and rules so the departments will never be able to keep up and are consistently failing. Dept. managers are like a rotating door because the bar is always moved farther and farther out of reach. There was also an employee here who consistently verbally abused me and many of my employees and it was never taken seriously. The expectations for event attendance is also insane as well. I can’t attend 3 stupid events every Saturday when I have kids. And when I hosted an event for my department, none of the other department managers came. Crazy stupid double standard. The club manager was friends with certain people and didn’t treat everyone the same. She also worked about 1/3 of the hours she required of her department managers. Life time has potential but this is NOT the club to join.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
