      The free gym membership is definitely a cool pro.

      Cons

      Terrible and abysmal pay rate for Child-Care position. The amount of tasks required of you do NOT represent that pay.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
