      - free/discounted membership for team members across the nation - flexible hours for part time members, a ton of free amenities for staff - decent amounts of downtime for college work on shift

      - marginal room for financial growth unless in DPT department - not a lot of promotion opportunities

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
