      Pros

      I enjoyed my coworkers, and the pay was okay for a teenage job.

      Cons

      The work space was too small for watching children. They didn't want us to use tech to keep kids entertained, but the space itself was like a closet, so it is not like they could really play anywhere/get their energy out.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
