      Supportive coworkers, fun environment, and a great place to build communication and leadership skills. Management was flexible with scheduling and gave helpful feedback.

      Cons

      Pay was on the lower side for the responsibilities. Sometimes chaotic when understaffed, and parents could be difficult to manage at times.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
