Rehab team is nurturing, supportive, professional and fun at the same time.
Cons
Nurses/GNA/Techs always understaffed, therefore, jobs not performed almost always spill over to other team members: such as but not limited to unanswered call lights, unchanged/uncleaned waste, late meds, etc. Almost all staff would not let their own relatives admit there.
