I can't think of any. The loss of a resident is obviously felt by all, yet it brings us all closer, renewing our purpose. I mean that for staff and residents.

Good pay, decent health insurance, good vision insurance

Isn't transparent with troubles involving residents, often sweeps things under the rug to prevent public incidents.
