Pros

The company offers a great selection of organic food and produce.

Cons

The salad bar and hot item bar generates a great deal of money but is not as nutritious as it should be. Furthermore, hot items are often in the danger zone for bacterial growth. Too often the hot items are below the required 140°.

Friendly Team Great training Fun Environment Profit sharing People are generally very helpful in all departments

Cons

Slow paced environment, it does unfortunately get boring Low starting pay Not many opportunities to pick up hours or to grow. Did have issues where iventory orders would be too large for so small of a store and team which could be frustrating and overwhelming.
