Pros

LifeSource Natural Foods is a big support in the community. They want to educate people about food and sustainability in farming and production. Many of the employees are hard working and caring.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of miscommunication or lack of communication with management and staff. I also think the lack of pay wages that fit a competitive market has left LifeSource with few options and folks that have a not so desirable work ethic are hired and kept while other long term employees take on more work to keep the status quo going, the system is starting to fail.

Friendly Team Great training Fun Environment Profit sharing People are generally very helpful in all departments

Cons

Slow paced environment, it does unfortunately get boring Low starting pay Not many opportunities to pick up hours or to grow. Did have issues where iventory orders would be too large for so small of a store and team which could be frustrating and overwhelming.
