Pros
The people in my program were awesome. I miss working wih them. They were passionate about what they do. Plus, my supervisors were very easy going and I looked forward to seeing them at weekly meetings.
Cons
I worked as a front desk floater for several months. I went to several offices and no one who worked in administration work would interact with me. On top of that, the clinicians treated me pretty horribly. One I moved to a clinical roll, admin people were kind to me. I worked in a community based program, which can be pretty dangerous, and was paid pennies. The higher ups care more about numbers than the people who work for them or the clients. While I was there I was not able to put my kids on medical because it would be about a third of my monthly income. For an organization that says "life works when you get the support you need" they don't seem to care about supporting their people.
