Pros
The people, the mission of the organization, the benefits package for employees. The agency really invested in training me well upon hire. There is a very professional yet friendly attitude coming down from just about every level of management, and my supervisors are excellent. I get to work with people in my community who are in need in a unique way. The culture and values of this agency are probably the best practiced (and not just said in your orientation) of any company I've worked for before.
Cons
I love absolutely every aspect of this job except... trying to make ends meet as a single individual on this salary. I am a master's level clinician and I am being paid VERY poorly compared to other jobs in the field and even in this region.
