When they buy out a hospital they bill themselves as experts who can help. The opposite is true. Clueless overlords in Nashville will ram their processes down your throat even if you have better ones already in place. Soon after they take over they will start taking away every little perk they can. Say goodbye to raises for several years at a time and they ones you do get are more of an insult. Communication is terrible at all levels.
