      Job requires a lot of flexibility in terms of adjusting to different EHRs quickly. Can be difficult if you're not a quick learner and able to work independently

      Pros

      Management is easy-going and mostly hands-off at this level. Senior engineers are trusted to know what they are doing and execute. Work is varied so it's not boring or tedious. Most continue to work remotely. Company is very inclusive and supportive of the whole spectrum of people, and at least appears to be focused on quality patient care.

      Cons

      Company is seems to be hesitant to invest in modern IT hardware and infrastructure, as well as salaries/raises.
