Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are good and its easy to access benefit information online. Facilities have been upgraded... Albeit slowly and not in my usual work location. Facility CEO is accessible and personable. Recent culture survey in our facility with follow meeting absent of managers.
Cons
Managers seem not to get adequate training- "thrown into the fire.". This, of course, trickles down to staff and seems to contribute to higher turnover . A lot of turnover, in general, at all levels- from CEO, to COO, to directors, to supervisors, to staff.
