Will permit you to take off 4 hours for appointment and work four hours the same day. The other four hours can be made up during the week.
Cons
Terrible communications to employees. Can't get an answer to questions in a timely manner. Not had an updated Employee Handbook in years (using previous company handbook). Been under new company for more than a year.
