Dental insurance coverage and office hours

Cons

bad management, lets other employees sleep on the job in the front office, they over work you and say you have to do what they say. they lie to you when hired saying you only have to take your buildings calls that is a lie! You also cover Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati, and your surrounding region. They don't care about the in-person patients we HAVE TO ANSWER THE PHONE THAT MEANS YOUR PT IS LOOKING AT YOU WHILE YOU TY AND GET OFF THE PHONE.

Pros

Management is easy-going and mostly hands-off at this level. Senior engineers are trusted to know what they are doing and execute. Work is varied so it's not boring or tedious. Most continue to work remotely. Company is very inclusive and supportive of the whole spectrum of people, and at least appears to be focused on quality patient care.

Cons

Company is seems to be hesitant to invest in modern IT hardware and infrastructure, as well as salaries/raises.
