      Outstanding culture, corporate environment of caring. Always looking to improve their hospitals nationwide. Great support across the board, inside and outside of the building.

      Culture will depend on the hospital. Some decisions are unable to be made without corporate approval

      Pros

      Management is easy-going and mostly hands-off at this level. Senior engineers are trusted to know what they are doing and execute. Work is varied so it's not boring or tedious. Most continue to work remotely. Company is very inclusive and supportive of the whole spectrum of people, and at least appears to be focused on quality patient care.

      Cons

      Company is seems to be hesitant to invest in modern IT hardware and infrastructure, as well as salaries/raises.
