Pros
-Lifeshape has a very strong Leadership Team. The leaders are very experienced and very approachable. They truly care about the well-being of their teams--and they understand the challenges that come with having a young family. They work with me when my child is sick or has a doctor's appointment. As a full-time working mom, it was really important for me to work at an organization that understands the life of a working mom. (it is not easy being a fulltime working mom, but working for Lifeshape removes a lot of that mom guilt stress.) -Lifeshape carries out amazing work, and it is making a forever impact around the world. It is wonderful to work for an organization making such a big impact. -Work Culture: the employees are amazing. We take the time to check in with one another and it is wonderful to have such strong support. -The work is fun! I am an executive assistant, and I LOVE my role. I sit in a lot of cross-department meetings, and every department is rolling out new processes and projects. It is really an exciting time to be part of Lifeshape! -Lifeshape takes the time to recognize their employees! In my previous roles directors never took the time to recognize when someone went above and beyond--but they do at Lifeshape. It helps us all feel secure in our roles.
Cons
I think they could strengthen their onboarding process, but I came on during a busy time, and there was a lot of traveling going on. I made a few mistakes early on that could have been avoided with a little additional training.
