I have 15 years of CNA experience and am currently building my practice as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I hold high standards for safe, ethical care. Sadly, LifeSpark has consistently shown a pattern of disorganization, unsafe practices, and lack of respect for professional boundaries and legal scope of practice.
To those considering working for LifeSpark, especially at Urbana Senior Living — proceed with caution. If you’re a CNA or other licensed worker, be aware that you may be asked to do things outside your legal scope. If you raise concerns, be prepared for possible retaliation or indifference. I sincerely hope this company reevaluates how it supports its frontline staff and makes resident care and staff safety a true priority.
