Pros

Lifespark is intentional about culture — not in theory, but in practice. There is real clarity around expectations, meaningful investment in leadership growth, and a consistent push toward connection as a competency. It’s a fast-scaling environment, so adaptability matters, but if you care about purpose, performance, and building something that lasts, this is a place where your work will matter.

Cons

Not a necessarily a con, just clarity of the environment if someone reading this is considering Lifespark: Growth brings constant evolution — priorities sharpen, systems improve, and clarity increases — which requires maturity and flexibility more than comfort with the status quo.

Pros

The people are why I have stayed

Cons

It seems like upper management never knows the direction they are headed. I’ve been with the organization over 5 years and I have seen really amazing managers come and go. Sometimes it’s layoffs, other times it’s other concerns like productivity, etc. They term people in large clusters, which is always concerning however they say that “you are fine.” It is concerning to see that amount of turn over. I feel like management isn’t always placed on experience. Within senior living it’s disappointing seeing a lack of growth and development for leadership teams, which is why I think good leaders leave. I also think that the individual work loads are too high to be sustainable long term, which causes burn out.
