Pros

Lifesprk follows it's motto of providing whole person senior care that helps spark lives. Lifesprk was created to be able to help with the healthcare roller-coaster that individuals - especially in the second half of their life face. Lifesprk is the first organization to providing innovative results that help the individual become more independent. The results are proven and we have won awards for being able to provide excellent client care. I love working as an RN and providing care to my clients. As life care manager i'm able to help guide the client, provide care coordination and management and also provide life care while helping idinividuals spark their life to live a healthy long life. The clients here have been so great to work for and the staff , and leadership truly care about the customers. We are in the business for them and although it is hard work, it is the most rewarding work I have ever done. Pros Great culture, benefits, and perk health. Also the company is growing rapidly

Cons

None, other then they are growing rapidly which leads to growing pains. However, this is a good problem to have!

Pros

The people are why I have stayed

Cons

It seems like upper management never knows the direction they are headed. I’ve been with the organization over 5 years and I have seen really amazing managers come and go. Sometimes it’s layoffs, other times it’s other concerns like productivity, etc. They term people in large clusters, which is always concerning however they say that “you are fine.” It is concerning to see that amount of turn over. I feel like management isn’t always placed on experience. Within senior living it’s disappointing seeing a lack of growth and development for leadership teams, which is why I think good leaders leave. I also think that the individual work loads are too high to be sustainable long term, which causes burn out.
