Pros
If you are okay with making no money, then you will have no problem working here. Other than that, most of the people there are really great. I enjoyed getting to know eveyone. Free products are also a plus. (Thank god they are free because I would never actually spend money on a lifetime product). Good place to learn the basics of the industry.
Cons
Worst HR department I have ever encountered. Most of the people in there don't even have appropriate degrees and get promoted to HR from being a receptionist. Needless to say, they don't know how to deal with any situations. Completely unprofessional and out of touch with their employees and the industry. Innovation is scarce due to a completely disconnected design department. One half actually does work while the other half is there please upper management and hopefully "spark" some ideas but eventually leads to creating another brand that goes nowhere because it's just a knock off and cheap quality. But hey, it looks good at the show so let's spend all of our money there instead of paying all of the hard working employees. Promotions are frequent enough if you have a decent manager. However, the salary increase is such a joke most people would rather not get promoted. It's like oh hey, you're getting promoted here is 4x more work but we are only going to give you a 4% increase so have fun staying here til 8pm for pretty much nothing.
