Pros

Really nice people who were mostly great to work with. People would cover each other's shifts fairly regularly. Supervisor was very nice and understanding when I had occasional things come up or needed time off.

Cons

Some employees were grandfathered in who didn't really seem to have much of a purpose. The scheduling was sometimes a mess where nobody knew who was working until Monday of that week.

Pros

The company hires great people around the area with the ability to not just coach, but really understand the groups that they're working with. Tournament level coaching, however, is lacking the intensity it needs to compete with top-tier tennis camps.

Cons

Tennis camps are rowdy and sometimes very disorganized, depending on who is managing it for the week. I worked mainly with the recreational group, but the couple of times I subbed for the tournament group it felt a little...lifeless.
