      After my experience, I couldn't share a single pro for joining this "team"

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Not open to change. Inconsistent hours. Rude and inconsiderate leadership. This company will watch their own fall and do nothing but shove them lower. If they would pay me for my time with them before I have to get an attorney involved, that would be fantastic.

      Upper management is fairly approachable

      Cons

      The commission per sale is a freaking joke and you'll lose your voice pretty quickly from soliciting inside a Costco for 6 hours straight. The group chat is annoying as hell. Let's be honest, no one is THAT excited about selling windows. You're not changing the world or saving lives so take a chill pill and stop pretending that it's the greatest job ever.
