Pros
My supervisor and manager are great. Flexibility when it comes to hours and time off needs Current hybrid model but still working from home due to lack of office space.
Cons
Raises are a joke, no cost of living increases. There is no appreciation for employees that go above and beyond. The company is so worried about saving every penny teams are so minimal in size everyone is burnt out, no coverage or support for PTO. Really hard to move up unless you know someone. And don’t let you be great at what you currently do or they won’t let you move up so they don’t have to replace you.
