Pros
Excellent company to work for! There is real opportunity for growth and development here because there are so many centers in NJ, as well as PA! You are treated like you are and appreciated and valued part of the company. My supervisor lets me know that I am making a difference in my role.
Cons
I don't see many cons. I mean it's hard work and you have to be willing to dedicate yourself and your time to your career choice. I am encouraged to grow professionally but but I understand that only I am able to make my own professional growth happen. I feel comfortable going to my superiors when I need help and they are always available to support me!
