Pros
I worked here for almost two years and there were ups and downs but what job doesn't have those. This job requires a certain commitment that some don't have; you have to able to take directions from upper management without taking things to heart. This is a customer service business where you have to please the parents to an extent. Upper management does their best to ensure things go as smoothly as possible. There are some negative reviews up here but I strongly believe those reviews are from people that can't keep to themselves and ponder in gossip. If you need your child to get great care in a great facility then this is your place. The director Ms. Kerry is extremely knowledgeable in childcare and the owner Ms. Sue is a sweetheart that's always there if needed.
Cons
It's not the highest paying job but it's worth it especially because of the precious faces you get to influence in a positive way day in and day out.
