Awful awful management - Teacher Lightbridge Academy Employee Review

I really wanted to love it here. The owners, director, and assistant director were all terrible. I had zero support, zero training, and with new guidelines coming into place nothing is being properly followed. The owners know absolutely nothing about early childhood or how to properly run a business. Directors aren’t qualified to manage staff and building. Parent complaints were all the time.
