      Management was very flexible with the schedule.

      Cons

      Management over-exerted their workers. The turnover was insanely high. We were constantly left out of the ratio. I didnt even stay a year in the company and I was already one of the more veteran employees.

      The office staff is really supportive, especially the director. It's clear that she tries to balance the parents and staff, and always buys supplies that we asked for. Pay is pretty good for the area and field,
