      (Ft Washington location only) -don’t follow policies/ratios at all -money hungry -office staff say terrible things about kids and their families -don’t care about staff development, they just look for bodies to watch children

      The office staff is really supportive, especially the director. It's clear that she tries to balance the parents and staff, and always buys supplies that we asked for. Pay is pretty good for the area and field,
