Management does not care about you as a person, and will ask you to put your work before your health. This company will deteriorate your mental health because it will leave you feeling severely overworked and underpaid; there is absolutely no support from Administration when you are feeling overwhelmed and need help in a classroom. Administration is also toxic and passive-aggressive if you try to set boundaries between yourself and the job. The staff turn-over is at an all time high because of the toxic work environment and stress; please do yourself a favor and work anywhere else.
