      The kids were the best part.

      Cons

      Staff were not at all trained. There's zero career development opportunities. Pay was bad. Management and work environment was horrible, treated staff unfairly. High turnover as a result.

      The office staff is really supportive, especially the director. It's clear that she tries to balance the parents and staff, and always buys supplies that we asked for. Pay is pretty good for the area and field,
