Teller - Bank Teller Lighthouse Credit Union Employee Review

Staff is extremely clicky and very condescending, and does not care about actual fellow employees. They might promote you if they favor your personality but not by actual work ethic or skills, They hire you at terrible pay for financial institution standards and expect you to give an arm and a leg for them and sell, sell, sell, with laughable incentives. Furthermore the assistant branch manager plowed into my car one day while backing up to leave from work, and asked me not to report the incident to authorities and/or insurance so that her I surance rates wouldn’t go through the roof (probably more to the story), and I had to go in on my day off to chase her down for the money to fix my car, woman had terrible morale and sleazy character. Learned my lesson. Another lesson I learned is STAY AWAY from this place!
